ORDERING/product care/RETURNS

1. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE ORDERING YOUR CORRECT SIZE/COLOR AT CHECKO

All items are UNISEX. Elle (Label Creator) is a size small in women's, and can fit extra small unisex sweatshirts just fine, depending on how she prefers the fit! Make sure that your size is what you feel is best! There are NO EXCHANGES/REFUNDS if you have placed an incorrect order.  We process your orders based on what you have selected.

2. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT.

If your ordered item is returned to us due to address issues, this will delay receipt of your order. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure to double and triple check that your address is correct! We would hate for someone to receive designer items intended for you! It has happened several times! We ship all orders to the address entered by the customer! 

3. SALE ITEMS/LIMITED EDITION ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

No exchanges or refunds on ANY SALE/LIMITED EDITION ITEMS. 

4. PRODUCT CARE

We suggest washing your items in a cold water cycle, and air drying to maintain the integrity of your product. As with any clothing item, not just ours, caring for your items depends on you, and SOME items will shrink over time. After wearing, our Label Creator always sets cycles to cold, and hangs the item for air drying. Clothing (in general) lasts longer this way, and the product continues to have a fresh appearance! If you'd like, dry cleaning is also an option! Again, all of this is up to y

5. REFUND POLICY

Due to COVID-19, we will not be able to accept exchanges. If you have not received your order within (at MOST) 20 business days from the date of the processing of your order, please FIRST check with your local post office to inquire about any delays in delivery to your area. You will receive a shipping and delivery notice once your items have been shipped out and delivered to the address provided by you. 

6. SATURDAY/SUNDAY ORDERING:

EX: A Saturday order will not be processed until Monday (the latest Tuesday). A Sunday order will not be processed until Monday (the latest Tuesday). PLEASE ALSO ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME IF ORDERS ARE PLACED DURING A HOLIDAY SEASON e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.
